Can I pay online?
Most Associations can pay online by selecting their Association from the Association’s page. From there, scroll down to “Make A Payment”. If you do not see this option, your Association is not set up to accept online payments.
Can I set up an ACH (Automated Clearing House) or Automatic debit payment?
Yes. Setting up an ACH payment will automatically pay your monthly, quarterly, or yearly assessments (dues) from your checking or savings account: Your payment(s) will be automatically withdrawn from your account every month without the need to write or mail a check. Please note, not all Associations are set up to make a payment online. Please refer to your specific Association’s tab under “Make a payment online” to find out if your Association is set up.
How do I order an estoppel or mortgage questionnaire?
Beginning on December 1, 2024, all estoppels and questionnaires must be submitted through www.argusvenice.condocerts.com.
When your questionnaire is completed, it will include the Association’s budget, insurance information, and any additional documents requested at the time of the questionnaire.
Why has my check not cleared?
Questions regarding receipt of checks that are mailed in should be directed to the financial department at (941) 408-7413 ext. 10
What is the best way for me to speak face to face with my Association’s manager?
If you prefer to have a meeting with your manager face to face, walk-ins are welcome but appointments are preferred and recommended; especially during season. Because each Argus Manager is a portfolio manager, they are frequently out of the office on their respective properties.
I am arriving/leaving Florida, is there anything I need to do?
Yes, please send an email to your manager informing them of the change so that we can update our records according. This ensures that a variety of correspondence that is mailed out reaches the proper address.
